Connector block for flame-cutting machine - permits rotation of burner without twisting the cables carrying gases and coolant

Device is for feeding cooling fluids and gases to a flame-cutting device and includes a rotary piston in a housing, the piston contg. channels which align with ring-grooves in the housing. The housing consists of a row of axial sections provided with connectors for the various media, de-aeration slots and seals on both sides of the ring-grooves. The axial sections are pref. mounted vertically on a base located on the frame of the flame-cutting device with axial and radial play and the de-aeration slots are pref. radial with an increasing cross-section towards the outside of the housing. The piston is pref. located in ball-bearings. The burner is free to rotate without twisting the cables carrying the various media.
