Disclosed is a method for shaping a data stream queue, comprising: according to a raw weight value for every data steam queue, obtaining a new weight value for each data stream queue by means of a weight compression rule; according to the sum of the new weight values of the data stream queues, determining to issue a first number of tokens for each data stream queue in every service; according to the new weight values of the data stream queues, determining the number of service times for each data stream queue by means of a congestion management algorithm; and according to a token issuing rule, issuing a corresponding second number of tokens for each data stream queue in every service. Also disclosed are an apparatus for shaping a data stream queue, and a computer storage medium.
