Fixing element for mounting right angled parts - such as wooden or glass panel against frame

The fixing element, made in one part from plastics, consists of a centre section of rectangular shape to which two sides and a top part are connected by means of thin sections of material in such a way that the sides and top can be folded up to be at right angles to the centre section. The two side pieces are of triangular shape and have lips which interlock with the top section. The top section has a ridge at one end. The centre section has holes for screws etc. with which it is attached to the frame. The ridge on the top section is used to lie against and clamp the panel which is to be fixed against the frame or other structure.
