The fitting is for windows, doors, etc, with balance/swivel casements. The opened tilted position of the casement is limited by a projecting arm, held in a swivel manner on the frame and via a pan head bolt, and displaceable in a guide on the casement. The stop arrangement consists of a stop, displaced by an adjusting rod, and a blocking member, moved into the movement path of the stop. The blocking member (25) is positioned near the casement-sided guide (9) for the projecting arm (7), and is adjusted relative to the stop (23) of the adjusting rod (15), by the slide movement of the pan head bolt (8) on the projecting arm in the guide. During tilting of the casement, the blocking member is flexibly moved, against a leaf spring (26), into its blocking position in front of the stop on the adjusting rod.
