<p>1533187 Dispensing articles A D LLAUGER 10 Nov 1975 46363/75 Heading B8U A device for dispensing articles from a stack thereof comprises a main frame 1 formed of cardboard and provided at its rear with two reinforcing columns 2, 2<SP>1</SP>, a casing 10 for holding a stack of articles being stuck to the frame 1 and having an aperture 14 at its lower end which is bounded by a parallelepiped platform 17 formed of cardboard, the aperture 14 being aligned with an aperture 15 formed in the frame 1, the stack of articles being supported by the platform 17. An ejector element 16 which forms a rear extension of the platform 17 is disposed on the rear side of the main frame 1 (as shown in Fig. 2). To dispense an article from the stack the platform 17 is deformed by manual pressure applied in the direction of the arrow f so that the top stack support plane of the platform 17 is changed from a horizontal to an inclined orientation and the ejector element 16 is rotated inwardly through the aperture 15 to push the lowermost article out through the aperture 14, the said article then sliding down the inclined plane of the member 17. A rubber band 20 causes the platform 17 to regain its original shape.</p> |
