GTE low-pressure compressor rotor first stage disc is made in form of single component, including rim changing into circular web, reinforced by hub, equipped with central bore. Said ring is asymmetrically connected with disc web to make different-arm circular conical inclined flanges. Disc radius Rfrom axis to rim outer surface in web middle plane is (0.42÷0.61) of flow part peripheral contour radius Rin said plane. Rim outer surface is made with inclination relative to rotor shaft axis, coinciding with flow section inner contour generatrix inclination angle, which radius is monotonously varies towards working fluid flow with radial expansion gradient of G= (0.32÷0.46) [m/m]. Disc rim is equipped with set of blades fixation grooves uniformly distributed along disk perimeter. Each slot longitudinal axis with rotor shaft axis in projection on arbitrary axial plane makes, perpendicular to blade root radial axis, blade root angle of α installation, defined in range of values α= (16.8÷24.1)°.
