PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for feeding oxygen to sea-bottom water area for eliminating state of lack of oxygen under utilization of natural wave energy without using electrical power.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a lift pump having a pressurized water feeding space at its upper part and a pre-water retention space at its lower part so as to suck up sea water into the pre-water retention space through a fixed pipe vertically installed at a sea bottom part capable of feeding sea water and capable of feeding out the sucked-up sea water to an outside upper layer of sea region through an inside part of the pressurized water feeding space, a pump driving device provided with a transmittance converting mechanism having a wave receiving responding mechanism capable of attaining a specified motion through pushing action of surface layer wave at the sea surface and making a sucking-up motion to transmit its motion to the lift pump, and floating holding means for floating the lift pump and the pump driving device to hold the wave receiving responding mechanism at its position for responding to a height where a surface layer wave of the sea water comes near it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
