PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure circuit having improved operability in tamping, while effectively utilizing working fluid extracted from the head side of the fluid pressure cylinder and accumulating the working fluid in an accumulator, and to provide a work machine.SOLUTION: When pressure oil from the head side of a boom cylinder 7c1 is accumulated in a first accumulator 46 by an accumulation circuit A through a control valve 61 capable of changing a communication amount between the head side of the boom cylinder 7c1 and the first accumulator 46 according to an operation amount of a lever. In tamping that boom cylinders 7c1, 7c2 are repeatedly expanded and contracted within a predetermined time to vertically move a work device, pressure oil is bypassed from the control valve 61 to the first accumulator 46 through a bleed-off valve 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
