FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish industry, namely, to the technology for processing secondary fish raw material. Method for producing bio-additives of fish bone tissue comprises cleaning bone raw material from muscular tissue by boiling and centrifugation, vacuum drying and fine grinding. Boiling is carried out in an anolyte of the electrochemically activated solution in ratio 1:1. Produced bone residue is being dried for 30 minutes, and then burnt at a temperature of 700 °C for 8-9 hours.EFFECT: invention provides improved organoleptical characteristics and increased biological activity of the produced product.1 cl, 2 tbl |
