FIELD: engines.SUBSTANCE: when cleaning a blade of a gas turbine engine having a body of a superalloy with a coating the blade coating is treated by means of a pulse laser so that the coating is removed, at least partially, and parameters of the pulse laser feed rate and the pulse laser pulse frequency are determined so that the treated surface of the blade has the roughness from 4 µm to 10 µm. Herewith the feed rate of the pulse laser ranges from 25 mm/sec to 1,000 mm/sec, and the pulse laser pulse frequency ranges from 12 kHz to 50 kHz. Pulse laser is moved along the lines of processing on the coating, herewith two successive processing lines overlap each other.EFFECT: invention simplifies the blade cleaning from the applied coating and reduces the probability of damaging the blade body.9 cl, 10 dwg |
