PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed reducer capable of suppressing occurrence of operation sound of an oscillation type planetary gear mechanism.SOLUTION: A speed reducer includes a pin element revolving around a central axis in conjugation with autorotation of a planetary gear, and an elastic member arranged between a cylindrical inner surface constituting a pin hole and a cylindrical outer surface of a pin element. In a state where load is transmitted between the pin hole and the pin element, the elastic member, to which part of the load is imparted, elastically deforms, and thereby the cylindrical outer surface of the pin element contacts with the cylindrical inner surface of the pin hole, and load is transmitted between the pin hole and the pin element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
