PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet application software program that enables the calculation of usability of patented invention in a situation in which the procedure for Patent Office is readily done.SOLUTION: When a point is calculated by obtaining patent information from a patent information database, if a procedure for a browsing request about an item provided in a prescribed law on a special case such as a procedure related to industrial property among procedures indicated that they are done according to patent information is performed within one year from the issue date of a patent official gazette, the procedure is excluded from the point calculation.
