FIELD: money.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to processing of banknotes. Device 100 for handling banknotes comprises: a receiving unit 10, a transport unit 70, recognition sensor 20, configured to obtain information related to, at least, the suitability of a banknote that is being transported by the transport unit 70; a memory 55 unit configured to store the threshold value for the banknote unsuitability factor in order to determine the suitability of a banknote. Device 100 also has a control unit 50, made with possibility of determining the suitability of a banknote by comparing the threshold value and detected banknote unsuitability factor, based on the information obtained from the recognition sensor 20 and configured to count the number of occurred grounds for each banknote unsuitability factor; and an output unit 35 to output the banknote unsuitability factor and the number of occurred grounds.EFFECT: technical result: improved accuracy of determining the unsuitability factor.8 cl, 7 dwg |
