The pen has two lengthwise sides (1) with front (2) and back (3) transverse sides. The two cross sides (2, 3) are joined by lengthwise rungs (4) to form a tilting unit which is pivot-mounted on a transverse axle (5) in the middle of the lengthwise sides (1). A sliding-weight (7) which is adjustable in distance from the transverse axle (5) is positioned on an extension strut (6) projecting beyond the front transverse side (2). A locking lever (8) is situated on the front of the pen and has, at both ends, a hole. The lever (8) which is pivot-mounted on a centre axis is operated by means of a tension cable (10) which is inserted through the lever.
