PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation aid capable of contribute to fatigue reduction of user's neck, back, and waist as well as fatigue reduction of the user's upper limb, when it is used on a desk.SOLUTION: An operation aid 10 can be placed on a desk 40 and includes: an aid body 11 on which a user can place his/her forearm 32 while the operation aid is placed; and a held article 12 capable of being held by the user's upper arm 31, elbow, and forearm 32 and detachably connecting to the aid body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
