PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device that enables suppression of dilution of engine oil during regeneration of a particulate filter.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device includes: an oxidation catalyst 70 and a particulate filter 80 that provided on an exhaust pipe line of an engine 10 and arranged from the upstream side sequentially; and regeneration appropriateness determination means 100 for determining the appropriateness of a regeneration operation for regenerating the particulate filter by causing a fuel injection device 56 of the engine to perform post-injection. The exhaust emission control device further includes: load detection means for determining a load state of the engine; and exhaust flow rate detection means for detecting an exhaust flow rate of the engine. The regeneration appropriateness determination means determines the state appropriate for the regeneration operation, when the load detection means determines a predetermined high-load condition and the exhaust flow rate is within a predetermined range between an upper limit side threshold value and a lower limit side threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
