a power converter system which converts input power to output power using one or more electromagnetic components; and one or more ferrous bands which encircle the electromagnetic components and shield the electromagnetic components from the high external magnetic fields; wherein a set of one or more electromagnetic components overlap in a two dimensional (2D) projection space defined by axes of the thickness and the width of the ferrous bands, and the ferrous bands include a set of one or more ferrous bands encircling the set of electromagnetic components. |
