PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workers' burden in work of lifting a heavy workpiece, such as a pipeline, and discharging the workpiece onto the ground.SOLUTION: A distribution device of the invention includes: a rod which is expanded or retracted in a vertical direction; a device body having an expansion mechanism which expands or retracts the rod; a placement base having an upper underframe connected to an upper end part of the rod, and a lower underframe which is disposed near the ground and moves up or down along the device body when the rod is expanded or retracted; a holding base configured to move to an area below the workpiece placed on the lower underframe when the placement base is moved up by the expansion mechanism and the lower underframe, on which the workpiece is placed, is held at a height of the upper underframe set when the rod is retracted and also configured to hold the workpiece from below when the placement base is moved down by the expansion mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
