<p>A stackable crate is made from several level walls, which will stack with similar crates. Two opposite enclosure walls, the enclosure base, and where necessary, the cover consist of several planks extending horizontally held together by supports extending vertical to the plank's longitudinal direction. The supports project beyond the side edges of the crate wall by the thickness of the planks and are fitted with grooves extending along the length of the walls on the outside at the height of the edges of the wall end. Band-shaped tensioning elements to hold the side walls together as well as the base and the cover are located in the grooves of the two support ends adjoining at each corner.</p> |
