PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage box capable of surely restraining an insect and a small animal from intruding into a box body from an external part, by providing an injurious insect intrusion prevention part in a cover body for closing an opening part of the box body incorporated with instruments.SOLUTION: When this storage box 1 is constituted of a box body 2 for opening a front part and a cover body 8 for opening-closing the opening part, the box body 2 forms a finger insertion part 6 of a required width in a lower part of its opening part, and forms a protection wall 7 by standing upward after extending its tip part inward in the required width in a horizontal state, and since the cover body 8 is provided with a closing member 12 under its reverse surface for abutting on the protection wall 7 and a tip part and also blocking up an upper part of at least the finger insertion part 6 and a part of the left and right, an injurious insect and a small animal of trying to intrude into the box body 2, is checked in its intrusion by the closing member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
