High pressure oil atomising burner head - has double walled flame section with flared and inwards turned ends

The burner head is used in a high pressure oil atomising burner with a fresh air supply channel. The oil atomiser nozzle is arranged concentrically into this air supply tube. The nozzle projects burning fuel into an extension of the supply tube forming combustion tube and the burner head ensures optimum burning process. The combustion tube (4) has double tube walls (5, 6). The outside wall (6) of the burner tube is folded inwards at both ends forming coaxial outlet openings (10, 11). The inner wall end is folded forming a flared end at outlet. The outside wall end is folded inwards at outlet so that the open end projects into the flared section.
