PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which is used for a light-transmitting conductive film and with which electric conductivity of the light-transmitting conductive film is scarcely reduced.SOLUTION: A substrate having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes a substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is laminated on one surface of the substrate and which has light transmitting property. In the substrate and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, when a test piece, formed by lamination of a substrate for test piece and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for test piece and having dimensions of 1 cm length, 1 cm width and 100 μm total thickness is formed such that the substrate for test piece has dimensions of 1 cm length, 1 cm width and 50 μm thickness and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for test piece has dimensions of 1 cm length, 1 cm width and 50 μm thickness, and a measurement of the test piece with a thermogravimetry-mass simultaneous analyzer is conducted, a moisture content obtained by a peak area of water of mass 18 is 1.5 g/cmor less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
