The pipe system venting valve is used in water pipes with upwards flow and prevents sucking back of dirty water. The venting valve has positive response to pressure and has stable characteristics. The valve seat is arranged above the valve closing element. The venting channel is closed against the flow channel within the valve assembly when the valve is closed. Alternatively a weak spring may be used to support the valve closing element. The latter has sealing ring (6) which enters into a depressed seat.
