PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more effective method and system or facility, which enable more effective heat processing and processing for metal casting.SOLUTION: The integrated metal processing facility for forming and heat processing metal casting comprises: a casting station for casting molten-metal into a series of molds to form the casting; a heat processing unit comprising at least one heat processing station for heat processing the casting; a transfer system for transferring the casting from the casting station to the heat processing unit; and a heat source, positioned along a movement path for the casting, which imparts heat to the casting before introducing the casting into the heat processing station and keeps the casting at a process control temperature for the metal of the casting or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
