PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool in which a guide mechanism has high loads and reduced friction, has high guide accuracy and high attenuation performance and can change characteristics according to situations.SOLUTION: In a machine tool 10 are formed guide mechanisms including an oil hydrostatic guide mechanism and a sliding guide mechanism. The oil hydrostatic guide mechanism has a hydrostatic chamber whose outer periphery is sealed and a supply path for supplying lubricant to the hydrostatic chamber. In a control device 24 of the machine tool 10 is arranged a hydraulic pressure adjustment portion 70 which adjusts the lubricant supplied to the hydrostatic chamber, and in the hydraulic pressure adjustment portion 70 are arranged a manual setting portion 71, a program setting portion 72 and a sensing setting portion 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
