<p>A broiling, cooking, roasting, and baking oven, which may be used for defrosting as well, is disclosed wherein heated air in the upper portion of a cooking chamber moves downwardly in a cyclonic turbulent pattern, then meets at a vortex in the center bottom portion of the chamber, and then is moved upwardly while maintaining its cyclonic form. The cooking chamber is insulated from a motor chamber by means of an intermediate insulation chamber and through which air may or may not flow.</p> |
