The apparatus has a hollow grease tray (110) made of material, resistant to heat and flame. Bottom of the tray is opened through an opening. The bottom has an edge covering the opening inside the tray. Positioning units are formed by the edge and slots remotely position accessories e.g. lids (210), rigid cooking plate (410), grill (510) and deflector (515) on the tray remote from the bottom. The lid is made of material resistant to heat and the flame. The lid rests on the positioning units. The bottom has a flat surface rested on surface equal to an opening surface of the opening of the tray. |
