The present invention relates to a painting system of an external box of a distribution panel with a multi-stage dust collecting function and a control method thereof. The system comprises: a trolley conveyer; a degreasing coating booth, a cleaning booth, a drying booth, a first painting booth, and a second painting booth installed on one side of the trolley conveyer; a dust collecting unit configured to collect dust and perform multi-stage filtering in the collected dust; and a control driving unit configured to control and drive the dust collecting unit. Therefore, the system can improve environment contamination. |
