摘要 A champagne lollipop is produced by pouring a sparkling wine into a polyethylene mould and letting it freeze around a wooden stick. The frozen part has pref. the shape of a minute champagne bottle. The inclusions of carbon dioxide bubbles make such a lollipop pleasant to lick. The stick is inserted at the bottle bottom which has a greater resistance to melting than the thin bottle neck.
