1. A photocatalyst comprising:
a first porous metal oxide film comprising pores; and second metal particles or second metal oxide particles formed inside the pores, wherein the second metal of the second metal particles and the second metal oxide particles comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of tungsten, chromium, vanadium, molybdenum, copper, nickel, platinum, cerium, cadmium, zinc, strontium, radium, and combinations thereof, the first metal oxide film comprises first metal oxide particles having an average diameter from 20 nanometers (nm) to 100 nm, the second metal particles and the second metal oxide particles each have an average diameter from about 1 nm to about 10 nm, and the first porous metal oxide film has a thickness from 30 nm to 100 nm. |
