Light conductor switch prodn. method - extending prong to fixed conductor and adjusting coupling position of movable one for low coupling losses

A light conductor switch with low coupling losses is applied to two light conductors which are aligned. One light conductor is attached to a straight guide channel inside the switch. The channel extends beyond the end of the light conductor up to the free end of the other light conductor which can move in a transverse direction. The second conductor is attached to a switching prong (3). The latter (3) is extended close to the fixed light conductor (2). The movable light conductor remains loose on the switching prong at the free end. The coupling position of the prong is adjusted so that the end of the movable light conductor is flexibly placed in the guide channel and then deflected. The free end of 1 this light conductor is then stuck in this position.
