A motor bus has a system for ventilating, heating and/or air conditioning for the passenger space. There is also a refrigerator compartment for drinks, with an evaporator, compressor and condenser (the latter having fans). The chamber (31) with the condenser (30) has an inlet (32) for all or part of the air for the passenger compartment (13). Downstream of the air inlet is an air outlet (33) directly to atmosphere. The air inlet is at floor level (15) which separates the passenger from the luggage compartment. It is near the central door (25) and passenger entry.
