According to the invention, the handlebar is mounted on at least one rear rigid extension (40) of the rear portion of the chassis, hinged about a hinging axis (G) parallel to the axis of rotation of the rear wheels between at least one operating position and a maintenance position in which the handlebar is folded towards the front portion of the chassis, and the front portion of the chassis is provided with a lock (50), for locking the handlebar (40) in the maintenance position. |
