PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of acquiring a glossy feeling even in an image in which a variety of metallic colors are reproduced by using a color material of a metallic color and color materials of other colors.SOLUTION: In the case where a color material of a metallic color is used, a control part 13 forms an image using the color material of the metallic color on a medium in a formation part 11, and fixes the formed image on the medium at a fixing part 12. Thickness of a layer of the color material of the metallic color is thinner compared to the case where an image is formed by using the color material of the metallic color together with color materials of colors other than the metallic color, orientation becomes higher as a direction of metallic pigment is restrained and a glossy feeling can be acquired. After that, the control part 13 forms the image which uses the color materials of the colors other than the metallic color in the formation part 11 by superposing it on the image formed and fixed by using the color material of the metallic color, and fixes the formed image in the fixation part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
