The sorting box is for timber, and its usage method involves it firstly being filled with timber, after which it is opened and the pieces of wood are released on to receiving units which move them away for further treatment. After this, the box is closed. The pieces of wood are gathered on bearer arms (12a, 12b) suspended on flexible support pairs (10a, 10b). The arms drop down under the plane of the receiving units where their locking is opened. They are then lifted to an upper position where they are locked to a closed box base to receive the next batch of wood pieces. |
