<p>The multi-wall heat storage element is pref. filled with water. It utilizes excess chimney heat, and saves fuel. The storage element is pref. located in or outside the lower part of the chimney, to receive excess boiler heat. The element has a thermostat control, so that it acts simultaneously as regulator for the heat passing through the chimney. The storage element is cylindrical or similar, pref. long, and connected via a feed and a return pipe to the heating or stand-by water circuit. The centre of the element is tubular and open, to permit passage of the flue gases or the incorporation of a flue gas pipe.</p> |
