A cylindrical outer sleeve holds one component and an inner cover is inserted into the outer sleeve to hold the other component. Both storage vessels are connected at one longitudinal end by separate outlets with a mixer. The inner sleeve is compressed as folding bellows by the pressure of a piston which fits the overall width of the outer sleeve and which on the side facing the inner sleeve has a recess corresponding with the inner sleeve's interior diameter. The depth of the recess (6) of the piston (7) is mainly equal to the length measured along the cylinder's length of the completely compressed inner sleeve.
