The cleaning system is for the outsides of flower pots. The flower pot is lowered into a cleaning zone and prevented from moving radially. Water under pressure is directed against the outside of the pot to remove dirt. The water is then shut off, the pot released and partially raised from the cleaning zone. The pot is lowered and clamped at the same time. The water's pressure is 40-250 bar and it is directed at the pot from one or more spray nozzles rotating around the pot to cover the entire outside of the pot.
