<p>The circuit controls the boiler water temp. by switching the boiler (1) ON and OFF in dependence on the measured temp. of the water in the feed and return lines (3,4) for the radiators (6) and on the external temp. The difference between the two former temps. is compared with the required min. heat output, obtained from a characteristic curve in terms of the external temp. The regulation circuit may use a micro processor (14) coupled to a timer switch (16) and an input unit (15) used to enter the daytime and nighttime temps. to be maintained. The temp. sensors (11,12) for the feed and return water temps. are coupled to the microprocessor via an A/D converter (13).</p> |
