<p>The mobile beehive has the frames standing on their corners, thus allowing horizontal and vertical adjustment of the brood chamber and top portion or supers. The frames can be inserted at an angle of 45 deg., being secured in place by their own weight without any holder being necessary. To allow increase of the brood chamber dimensions a number of frames can be mounted one above the other, without the need for intermediate floors or additional holders. The chamber can be in the rear part of the hive, opposite that containing the entry and exit slot. The frame strips can be cut so as to form distance pieces, so that no separate ones are necessary.</p> |
