<p>The control valve for a self levelling suspension has a pneumatic valve with adjustable seatings for the two end settings. One of the seatings is adjustable using a threaded insert (39) whose position is secured by a radial bolt (44) screwed through the valve wall and the insert. The insert has a series of holes to allow locking in different positions. The insert adjusts the relative positions of the two valve seatings and provides a simple control. The valve element is moved by a lever linked to the suspension sensor with the lever connected to either side of the valve, for left hand- or right hand mounting on the vehicle.</p> |
