PURPOSE:A mixture of specific microorganisms is inoculated and cultured in a culture medium containing a specific crushed mineral to produce a soil conditioner that can prevent blights of crops caused by mildews with no destruction of the balance in soil biota. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of soil microorganisms that contains an actinomycetes belonging to Streptomyces and is mainly composed of yeasts is inoculated to a culture medium which is prepared by adding nutrients such as grain powder and water to a crushed mineral containing sediments. Then, they are cultured, e.g., at 25- 35 deg.C for 5-7 days to produce the objective soil conditioner containing a microorganism mixture mainly composed of actinomycetes such as Streptomyces and bacteria such as Streptococcus, Micrococcus and Corynebacterium. |
