The microsurgical instrument has two operative members movable relative to each other and a pencil-tyoe grip, positively secured to a guide tube. At the tube forward end is mounted one operative member. The other member is fixed to the protruding end of a bar sliding in the tube. The bar (18) is actuated by a component (26) fixed to its rear end and sliding axially inside the grip (10) under the action of a medium in a chamber (42) in the grip. The chamber is connected to a pressure source which is elastically compressible. The actuating component is pref. a diaohragm. inserted in the grip.
