A mugwort cigarette filter was manufd. by connection of mugwort and acetate filter. Thus, mugwort leaves were dried to 12% moisture content and cut to 0.5-0.9 m/m width. Mugwort filter with 24.5±0.5 m/m column and 96-120 m/m length was manufd. with the cut mugwort leaves, and then mugwort filter was connected to acetate filter or paper filter to give a mugwort cigarette filter.
