PURPOSE:To obtain a high temperature sensor resistive against a thermal impact for heating devices by forming a thermosensitive registor and a thermosensitive head with ceramics and forming metallized layers on both opposing surfaces, then fixing both by brazing. CONSTITUTION:A thermosensitive registor comprising an electrode film 12 and an SiC film 13 is formed on the surface of a ceramics substrate 10 of Si3N4 and a metallized layer 11 such as Mo, W and Mn is formed on the surface. Opposing to said resistor, a metallized layer 8 is formed also on the inside surface of a thermosensitive head 7 made of Si3N4 ceramics and both metallized layers 8, 11 are fixed with brazing. This thermosensitive head 7 is elastically held to a supporting cylinder 23 slidably with a spring 26. This temperature sensor is employed in cooking devices, etc. |
