The folding table can be assembled and dismantled, and consists of a table-top (b) which is joined by two reinforcement cross-pieces (a) which are screwed underneath the table top (b). Each cross-piece (a) has two mortises (7,8) into which the legs fit. The two leg-supports consist of two legs each (h,f) and two cross-pieces (i,g). The ends (5,6) of the legs (h,f) have half-lap joints fitting into the mortises (7,8). The two cross-pieces (i,g) have a half-lap joint in the centre for the notches of the cross-bearer (d,c).
