FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Disclosed is a liquid or gelled pasteurised or sterilised composition. Composition contains free amino acids, calcium, a digestible carbohydrate. Free amino acids are present in composition in a concentration between 5 and 30 g/100 ml. Dry weight of total composition is at least 40 g/100 ml. Also disclosed is use of said composition as a medicinal agent, in particular for treatment of a human suffering from phenylketonuria, homocystinuria, maple syrup urine disease, tyrosinaemia, propionic acidaemia, methylmalonic acidaemia, isovaleric acidaemia, urea cycle disorders and glutaric aciduria.
