The running gear is partic. for a hanger conveyor transporting passengers or goods, and has two or more horizontal guide rollers giving a stabilising effect at right angles to the travel direction and running against a rail. Each roller (1) has two running faces (1a,1b) spaced apart in the vertical direction, between which there protrudes from the chassis (2) a mounting (2a) for a spindle (3) with bearings accommodating the roller, and from which the running faces are separately detachable. The spindle can have one flange (3a) formed on it to which one of the faces is screwed, and can accommodate a loose flange (3b) for the other one.
