Electrocardiographic signals from a post-myocardial infarct patient are supplied to inputs (10, 12, 14) of three amplifiers (16, 18, 20) whose outputs are passed through selector switch (22) to low pass filter (24). The signals are converted to digital form at converter (26) and processed in a reverse time manner by mini computer (28) programmed to display at plotter (42) the characteristic high frequency tail of the signal by eliminating filter ringing which would ordinarily obscure the tail signal. A signal reference is provided by amplifier (20) through voltage comparator (34). Tape and disc equipment (30, 40) can be utilized to store the analog or digital form of the signals.
|
