PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent for sealing which has excellent balance between high adhesiveness to a foam and holding force without impairing shock absorption and sealability even when the thickness and the width are reduced; and to provide an adhesive sheet using the adhesive agent for sealing.SOLUTION: An adhesive agent for sealing contains an acrylic copolymer (A), a terpene resin (B) having a softening point of 75-150°C, a liquid xylene-based resin (C) and an isocyanate curing agent (D).SELECTED DRAWING: None
